All of Poppycocks sauces and specialties are homemade. Both made from scratch daily, the Hollandaise sauce serves as a delectable topping for the classic Eggs Benedict and the green chili tops off their Huevos Rancheros. Try the fresh vegetarian salsa which rounds out the Avocado Eggs or dive into the Spinach Eggs, a set of poached eggs smothered in Poppycocks homemade cream of spinach soup. Seeking salmon?
